Gary specializes in litigation, labor, and immigration law. He counsels his clients on corporate law and taxation issues. His clients include PLDT Group, Huawei Philippines, Luzon Development Bank, Minebea Co. Ltd., Fe Del Mundo Hospital, among others. Adept in handling difficult situations, Gary was General Counsel of Pepsi Cola Philippines where he held the company together during the “349” legal crisis, amidst the over 50,000 cases filed against the company. He was also the Deputy Administrator of MWSS on its first ever UNCITRAL dispute in which he presented all witnesses of MWSS and cross-examined those of Manila Water.
Darren is the eldest son of Gary, and assists as a consultant to the law firm. He is an experienced trial court attorney, having worked in the litigation groups of ACCRA Law Office and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
